Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and basic rooms that served our needs well, although soundproofing could be improved. While the value for money was good, the lack of a safe in one room was a downside. The service was decent overall, but there were some issues such as mosquitoes in the room. The location was convenient for shorter stays but quite far from major attractions. The dining options were limited and could benefit from more variety. Overall, a decent stay at a reasonable price.
The hotel rooms were obviously revamped, spacious, and great for the four of us. It was a suitable place for a night's stay before flying out, although they could use a bit of a refresh. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by cleanliness issues, no hot water, and everything being broken or filthy. There was even an ant colony in my bathroom. The internet was non-existent, and the restaurant was overpriced, charging 160 baht for fried rice and pad thai. While the food was okay, the lazy staff made the hotel feel like a rip-off.
The hotel had one very large bed and a separate bedroom with another double bed for my children. The rooms were big and modern, but quite run down and not all that clean. It was very shabby and not very comfortable. The service was n't very helpful and quite unfriendly. The location is perfect if you are flying out of BKK soon, as it's only about 10 minutes from the airport, and the hotel can arrange a shuttle for you if needed. The dining experience was okay, and the facilities were average.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, despite being fantastically clean, were a bit dark regardless of the time of day. However, the service was phenomenal, and the staff were really friendly. The location was perfect for those wanting a quiet and lush place close to the airport before flying off. Unfortunately, the dining experience was minimal and not very appetizing. Overall, the hotel was a bit of a rip off in terms of value for money.
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, although a bit isolated with limited facilities within walking distance. The rooms were spacious but had some cleanliness issues with mosquitoes upon arrival. The service was friendly but lacked direction in assisting with baggage. Dining options were available but at a separate cost. The location is ideal for airport access but not for exploring downtown Bangkok easily.
The hotel offers clean and lovely rooms but may have occasional issues with cigarette smoke. The service is very helpful, especially under challenging conditions, making for a memorable stay. The location is great for relaxation or convenient airport access. The dining experience may vary, but the buffet breakfast offers good value. Overall, a recommended choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience.
I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. While the rooms were nicely furnished and clean, the immediate proximity to the parking lot took away some charm. The pool area was lovely and clean, adding to the overall comfort. The service was a bit hit-and-miss, with friendly staff but some seeming unhappy. The key advantage was the convenient location near the airport, but noise from the surroundings might affect sleep quality. The dining options were decent, but there seemed to be a pricing issue with the breakfast buffet. In terms of facilities, there were both positive and negative aspects to consider.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though smelling dirty initially, were nice with a large bathroom and the most comfortable bed ever. Service was polite despite noise by the door and a surcharge for an early arrival. The location is ideal for airport proximity but challenging to find. Dining, although reasonably priced, did not offer the advertised buffet breakfast.
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant one overall. The room, although basic, had everything I needed and was good value for the price paid. The modern design was a nice touch, and having a promised patio or veranda with a garden view added to the experience. However, the presence of two separate big beds, not as initially expected, was a bit inconvenient after booking online two months in advance.
